We complete over 120,000 planned and reactive jobs for our water clients every year, providing a comprehensive 24/7 emergency service which prevents unnecessary interruption to customers’ supplies.

Optant Meters, Repairs and Replacements

Every year we install over 240,000 meters across the UK, including Automated Meter Reading devices (AMR) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) in household and non-household properties.

By delivering AMI technology and associated equipment, such as acoustic loggers, pressure and flow monitors, we are playing a vital role in the transition to smart networks for our clients.

Every year we complete over 60,000 developer services jobs, meeting customers’ requirements on both public highway and private land. By ensuring that both household and non-household properties are connected on time and within budget, we positively contribute to our clients’ D-MeX scores.

Clean and Wastewater Capital Projects

We have a strong track record for delivering clean and waste water capital delivery projects, operating on a design and build basis or as a build-only supplier.

Replacement of Lead Supply Pipes

We support our clients’ network investment strategies and Green Recovery schemes by replacing lead supply pipes. We remove lead from customers’ water supply by delivering a service replacement from the water main to the property, or completing a full renewal of the pipe, into the property. To minimise disruption we use no-dig technology wherever possible.
