We believe that a healthy, supported workfroce is essential to delivering safe and successful projects.Our wellbeing strategy recognises the physical, mental and emotional challenges of working in the utilities and infrastructure sector.
Mental Health Support:

- A network of trained Mental Health First Aiders country-wide
- Access to confidential support and signposting services (through our EAP)
- Partnerships with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, providing specialist support for construction workers and their families
