We have developed our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Plan
Our OH&S plan is in line with:
- The guidance issued by the Institute of Directors and the Health and Safety Executive for the effective leadership of health and safety management (INDG417).
- HSG65 Managing for health and safety issued by the Health and Safety Executive.
- The requirements of ISO 45001.
Our plan will continue to be developed in line with the evolving needs of the business, legislative changes and the needs and expectations of our Clients.
The aim of the OH&S Plan is to ensure that we have suitable and sufficient arrangements in place to manage our OH&S obligations and strive for continual improvement via a combination of the following interrelated actions:
Our plan is targeting improvements in six key areas:
- A learning organisation
- Capable people
- Clear expectations
- Effective leadership
- Engaged stakeholders
- Health safety and wellbeing by design.
The OH&S Plan is supported by our Wellbeing Plan which has been designed to deliver Section 6 of the OH&S Plan.
