Network Plus Covid-19 Press Release

covid-19 press release

Network Plus Board to take 50% pay cut and joint CEO’s sacrifice 100% salaries in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

The main board of Network Plus has agreed to take a 50% salary cut in response to the COVID-19 crisis and the joint CEO’s have volunteered to forego 100% of salaries for the same period.

As the business continues to respond to latest COVID-19 advice from the Government relating to the safe operation of utility and infrastructure activities, the leadership team have taken the decision to demonstrate their commitment to the future of the business.

JOINT CHIEF EXECUTIVES, DAN HOLLAND AND STUART FRASER SAID:

“COVID-19 is affecting every one of us in one way or another. We are all having to make difficult decisions, and this will continue for some time to come. Yet, whilst all of this is going on around us, we are seeing some amazing things, including the selflessness of our healthcare workers and the fantastic commitment of our work colleagues who are continuing to ensure they deliver a responsive service to our clients, keeping the lights, gas supplies maintained and water flowing”.

“The Board jointly agreed that under the current circumstances, Board members would take a 50% reduction in their salaries and as Joint Chief Executives both of us will forego 100% of our salaries for the same period. It’s the right thing to do and demonstrates that we are all in this together”.
