As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure services across the UK, we are pleased to announce an important step forward in strengthening our commercial structure with the appointment of seven leaders into newly created Commercial Director roles.

These appointments support our ambition to grow sustainably while continuing to improve how we operate across the business. The new structure will enhance collaboration across regions, strengthen client relationships, and ensure we are well positioned to deliver increasingly complex projects at scale.

Following a highly competitive internal process, we are proud to confirm the promotion of five talented colleagues who have already made a significant impact within our organisation. Their expertise and leadership position us strongly for the future:

• • Chris Silcock will lead the South West region, working alongside Dan Burgess.

• • Martin Crook will head up our Commercial Central Hub and Special Projects.

• • Dan Wiseman will expand his remit across the Midlands, South West and North West, alongside Carl Dixon.

• • Pete Quinn will lead the South East region with Tim Turner.

• • Dave Atherton will oversee the North West together with Stuart Bell.

We are also delighted to welcome two highly experienced external leaders to the business, including Rob Ward. We look forward to announcing our second external appointment shortly:

• • Rob Ward, joining the Midlands team with Dave Trotter. Rob brings extensive experience as a commercial consultant and from his previous role at Network Plus.
