Executive Structure

This has been another fast-paced year for Network Plus, with our transition to OMERS’ ownership and a number of fantastic successes built off the exceptional service our teams continue to deliver day in, day out.

We are privileged to have a range of wins from securing a variety of important project works, to very significant contract wins such as National Grid Electricity Distribution.

As Network Plus continues to grow, we need to evolve the organisation to ensure we maintain great customer service delivery in the most efficient way to our clients. We are therefore making two changes.

The first is creating the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and support our Managing Directors and secondly, increasing the number of Managing Directors (MD) from two to four. Our market opportunities remain significant, particularly with the planned expenditure in energy transition and environmental protection measures. The changes to our structure will ensure that as we grow, we will retain the intimacy with our clients and the customer service standards we have become known for.

As part of these changes, I am delighted to announce that we are promoting Kevin Fowlie to the role of COO and Dave Prescott to the role of MD. James Maitland will continue as MD.
