Network Plus wins major Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water contract to deliver clean water repair and maintenance services

Network Plus has been awarded a significant new contract by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water to deliver clean water repair and maintenance services across its full network area, due to commence on the 17th November 2025.

The contract covers:

  • Leakage repair
  • Network maintenance
  • Standby provision and emergency response
  • On-site investigation services, including trial holes

Our primary focus will be on repairing leaks across the network, helping Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water to safeguard water supplies, reduce water loss, and maintain a reliable service for its customers. Our activities will support Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water to deliver against a number of critical regulatory measures, including Leakage, Per Capita Consumption, acceptability of water and C-MeX.

Network Plus will bring extensive learning and best practice from our repair and maintenance operations from across the UK, alongside our track record of implementing innovative new technologies to support the outperformance of DCWW’s business plan.
