Network Plus Group acquires Capital Traffic Management
Network Plus has completed the strategic acquisition of Capital Traffic Management Limited on 4th June 2021. This forms part of our ambitious growth strategy and follows the successful acquisition and integration of specialist overhead lines contractor, Overlec in 2017.
The acquisition strengthens Network Plus’ traffic management and highways operations, spanning the UK’s major transport network from Scotland through to the South of England.
Established in 2006, Capital Traffic Management has an excellent reputation in the market. The company operates across London and the South East and has secured a number of strategic long term contracts to provide specialist traffic management services.
Capital Traffic Management and Network Plus’ subsidiary Go Traffic Management (GTM) provide complementary solutions ranging from surveys, traffic management design, detailed planning and deployment of low speed and high speed services.
