Network Plus, a leader in the UK’s utilities and infrastructure markets, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Littlewood Group.
Founded in 1996, Littlewood is an award-winning security and barrier fencing company with an extensive range of solutions that serve a variety of end markets including utilities, highways and national infrastructure projects such as HS2. Littlewood are trusted partners to the likes of National Highways, National Grid and the DIO.
Littlewood is based in East Sussex and employs over 250 skilled professionals. The existing management team will remain with the business and deliver the next phase of growth.
The acquisition will support Network Plus in achieving its strategic goal of being the market leader in the UK’s utilities and infrastructure sector, building upon existing strengths by cross-selling Littlewood services into the wider Network Plus client base.
