Training & OH Administrator

Network Plus safely deliver and maintain essential water, gas, and electricity supplies for millions of customers daily. Since starting the Company in 2000, Network Plus has grown considerably and now employ over 2000 people across the country.

The Role

You will be responsible for administrative duties across the Training and Occupational Health Department. You will liaise with our Internal Training & Occupational Health Coordinators to maintain an efficient & effective administrative schedule. Your time will be split across both areas of the department.

Main Duties

  • Process new starter training qualifications & induction paperwork
  • Process incoming course paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the training management database
  • Process training recharges 
  • Ensure personnel across the business hold the relevant company/client ID card. 
  • Report on training attendance and capacity  
  • Assist contract mobilisation training upload 
  • Submit grant claims with the relevant accrediting body 
  • Support & represent the relevant Training Co-ordinators when they are absent or out of the office.
  • Occupational Health
  • Process new starter health surveillance questionnaires and liaise with the Occupational Health co-ordinator to close out any follow ups
  • Process incoming DSE assessments & Lung Skin Audio reports
  • Assist the occupational health co-ordinator with open case administration 
  • Maintain an accurate & confidential employee records in line with GDPR regulations
  • Act as a company representative during drug & alcohol screening when required
  • Maintain accurate drug & alcohol records on the internal management system
  • Support & represent the relevant Occupational Health Co-ordinator when they are absent or out of the office.

Experience and Qualifications

  • MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word & Excel – minimum intermediate Excel. 
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments – time management
  • Proactive in nature & shows initiative
  • Focused on achieving results & hitting deadlines
  • Good verbal & written communication skills – in person, email & telephone 
  • Ability to develop & maintain good working relationships with colleagues and displays tact and discretion when working on confidential matters
  • Good time keeping and attendance
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary: 18-20k
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
