The Role

Provide support to ensure that the Company’s work is effectively co-ordinated through communication with internal and external customers as well as the management of the business and client database systems.

Main Duties

  • Take ownership of the workstreams, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completion.
  • Scheduling of work orders in accordance with SLA, whilst optimising travel routes and increasing productivity.
  • To provide customer service to both internal and external customers via telephone and webchat
  • To maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information in to the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
  • To ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction every time.
  • To provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
  • To provide a positive and innovative input in to the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
  • To ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience within the Utilities sector would be an advantage
  • Administration experience
  • Be IT literate – Competent in Microsoft Office package
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines
  • Job Type: Full-time on a rolling rota. Mixture of shifts from 8:00 – 16:30, 12:00 – 20:00 and alternative Saturday’s (days off in the week included)

Salary: £18,000.00 /year
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
