The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Streetworks Administrator who is familiar with providing supporting their team, enjoys a challenging and busy environment, has excellent communication skills and who ideally has a background in NRSWA, Streetworks, Utilities or Highways.

Main Duties

  • Maintain accurate data records.
  • Follow defined work management processes at all times
  • Daily coordination with the Network Supervisors Deal with day to day issues, escalating to the Streetworks Manager as appropriate
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the reinstatement process flow’s. 
  • Performing in a busy and demanding office environment 
  • As a Reinstatement Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the management and administration of the Reinstatement Data. 
  • Answer phone calls and email messages promptly and notify staff members of important information.
  • Assist with the administration of Construction Design Management packs prior to projects commencing.
  • Weekly Reports to be ran and sent to the client.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Have experience of working in a generalist HR Administration role. 
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • You will be a proactive, can do person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture. 
  • Driven to continuously improve ways of working. 
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and tight deadlines. 
  • Able to work independently without continuous supervision. 
  • High level of numeracy and literacy. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues and external contacts. 
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures. 
  • Work within data protection guidelines ensuring confidentiality of employee information. 
  • Ability to think logically and calmly when under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
£19,000 to £21,000 experience dependent 
Location: Chesterton, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 9JQ
