About Customer Solutions Plus

Customer Solutions Plus is a joint venture between two of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure organisations; Network Plus and Sapphire Utility Solutions.

The joint venture has been established to provide end to end wastewater services for our client, Severn Trent. Customer Solutions Plus are responsible for activities including initial planning and scheduling of work, delivery of actions to assist customers who have a wastewater issue through to preventative maintenance to ensure wastewater issues do not arise in the future.

Our role

A scheduling role will support the Commercial and Operational Support Teams in delivering work for the clients. You will ensure that work is delivered accurately; supporting in the submission of the correct forms and ensuring data is correct and up to date.

These roles are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor and manage daily field activities through field mobility systems, audit mobile and photographic compliance

You will manage requests for extensions/amendments required to notices/permits

You will manage the systems closure – reconciling work activities on the system, Works Stop and Registration

You will investigate and provide information to the performance analyst relating to Section 74’s, FPN’s, etc.

You will manage the use of our management systems; ensuring all works carried out have been billed correctly

You will carry out any other administrative duties appropriate for a job of this nature
